But to be effective, this parliament of humankind, these United Nations, must continue to summon the political will of Member States to make our global institutions work.
لكن لكي نكون فعالين، لا بد من أن يواصل برلمان البشرية هذا، هذه الأمم المتحدة، استنهاض الإرادة السياسية للدول الأعضاء لجعل مؤسستنا العالمية فعالة.

134 - وفيما يتعلق بتيسير مسارات العمل، ففي حين أن بعض الجهات قد أبلغت عن نجاحها في استنهاض أصحاب المصلحة ذوي الصلة من خلال الشبكات الإلكترونية وعقد مشاورات واجتماعات مباشرة، استمر غيرهم في مواجهة صعوبات ملحوظة في تأمين مشاركة جميع أصحاب المصلحة وأبلغوا عن تدني معدل مشاركة أصحاب المصلحة الجدد في عملية التيسير.
