The General Assembly, recalling its resolution 52/12 B of 19 December 1997 and bearing in mind the need to enhance the efficient functioning of the Disarmament Commission, decides that:
إن الجمعية العامة، إذ تشير إلى قرارها ٥٢/١٢ باء المؤرخ ١٩ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٧، وإذ تضع في اعتبارها الحاجة إلى تعزيز كفاءة أداء هيئة نزع السلاح، تقرر ما يلي:

1147. The Committee strongly recommends that the State party seek extensive international cooperation towards the implementation of the principles and provisions of the Convention, bearing in mind the need to strengthen national capacity.
1147- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بقوة أن تلتمس التعاون الدولي الواسع لتنفيذ مبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية، واضعة في اعتبارها الحاجة إلى تعزيز القدرة الوطنية.
