12 - تدعو إسبانيا الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية إلى اعتماد أو تعزيز تدابير من جانب واحد للحد من ترساناتها النووية وإلى اتخاذ التدابير المناسبة بشأن المواد الانشطارية ذات الاستخدام العسكري المعلن أنها زائدة على الحاجة، وبخاصة إزالتها وفقا لنظم التحقق المناسبة.
