In its resolution 51/191 of 16 December 1996, the General Assembly adopted the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions.
20- اعتمدت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 51/191 المؤرخ 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1996 اعلان الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية.

12. Because of the time lapse between the receipt of the responses to the survey and the preparations of the report on the implementation of the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions, the information on the status of adherence to the existing international legal instruments against corruption may have changed considerably.
12- ونظرا لوجود فاصل زمني بين تلقي الردود على الاستقصاء واعداد التقرير عن تنفيذ اعلان الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية، فان المعلومات المتعلقة بحالة الامتثال للصكوك القانونية الدولية الموجودة ربما تكون قد شهدت تغيرا كبيرا.

The Commission at its eleventh session will have before it the report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of the International Code of Conduct for Public Officials (E/CN.15/2002/14) and the report of the Secretary-General on the implementation of the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions (E/CN.15/2002/6).
ويعرض على اللجنة في دورتها الحادية عشرة تقرير الأمين العام عن تنفيذ المدونة الدولية لقواعد سلوك الموظفين العموميين (E/CN.15/2002/14) وتقرير الأمين العام عن تنفيذ اعلان الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية (E/CN.15/2002/6).

In its resolution 51/191, the Assembly adopted the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions and requested the Economic and Social Council and its subsidiary bodies, in particular the Commission, to keep the issue of corruption and bribery in international commercial transactions under regular review and to promote the effective implementation of that resolution.
واعتمدت في قرارها 51/191 اعلان الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية، وطلبت إلى المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وهيئاته الفرعية، وخاصة لجنة منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية ابقاء مسألة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية قيد الاستعراض بصفة منتظمة، وتشجيع تنفيذ ذلك القرار تنفيذا فعالا.

In section I of its resolution 1998/21, entitled " United Nations standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice " , the Economic and Social Council requested the Secretary-General to prepare survey instruments on the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions and the International Code of Conduct for Public Officials.
وطلب المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، في الباب الأول من قراره 1998/21 المعنون " معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية " ، أن يعد الأمين العام أدوات استقصائية بشأن اعلان الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية وبشأن المدونة الدولية لقواعد سلوك الموظفين العموميين.

In its resolution 1998/21 of 28 July 1998, entitled " United Nations standards and norms in crime prevention and criminal justice " , the Economic and Social Council requested the Secretary-General to prepare survey instruments on the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions and the International Code of Conduct for Public Officials.
2- وطلب المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، في قراره 1998/21 المؤرخ 28 تموز/يوليه 1998، بعنوان " معايير الأمم المتحدة وقواعدها في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية " ، إلى الأمين العام أن يعد أدوات استقصائية بشأن اعلان الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية والمدونة الدولية لقواعد سلوك الموظفين العموميين.

Commending the United Nations efforts to address concerns about corruption in a global forum and the efforts of Member States to implement the various instruments and standards relating to corruption, including the United Nations Declaration against Corruption and Bribery in International Commercial Transactions and the International Code of Conduct for Public Officials,
وإذ تثني على الجهود التي تبذلها الأمم المتحدة لمعالجة الشواغل الخاصة بالفساد في محفل عالمي، وعلى جهود الدول الأعضاء من أجل تنفيذ مختلف الصكوك والمعايير المتعلقة بالفساد، بما فيها اعلان الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد والرشوة في المعاملات التجارية الدولية() والمدونة الدولية لقواعد سلوك الموظفين العموميين.()
