4 - إذا أجريت ثلاثة من هذه الاقتراعات القصرية دون التوصل إلى نتيجة حاسمة، تجري بعدها اقتراعات غير مقيدة يصوت فيها لأي شخص أو عضو مؤهل.

If on the first ballot fewer than five candidates obtain an absolute majority it will be necessary to proceed to other ballots until five candidates have obtained that majority.
وإذا لـــم يحصــل خمسة مرشحين على اﻷقل على اﻷغلبية المطلقة فــي الاقتـــراع اﻷول سيلـزم إجراء اقتراعات أخــرى الـــى أن يحصـــل خمسـة مرشحين على هذه اﻷغلبية.

If in the first ballot fewer than five candidates obtain an absolute majority, it will be necessary to proceed to further ballots until five candidates have obtained that majority.
وإذا لم يحصل خمسة مرشحين على اﻷقل على اﻷغلبية المطلقة في الاقتراع اﻷول سيلزم إجراء اقتراعات أخرى إلى أن يحصل خمسة مرشحين على هذه اﻷغلبية.

In the event that no candidate obtains an absolute majority on the first ballot, successive ballots shall be held until one candidate obtains an absolute majority.
وإذا لم يحصل أي مرشح على الأغلبية المطلقة في الاقتراع الأول، تُجرى اقتراعات متتالية إلى أن يحصل أحد المرشحين على الأغلبية المطلقة.

Pursuant to rule 151 of the rules of procedure of the Assembly, if in the first ballot the number of candidates obtaining an absolute majority is less than five, a second ballot will be held and balloting will continue at the same meeting until five candidates have obtained the required majority.
ووفقا للمادة 151 من النظام الداخلي للجمعية، إذا حصل أقل من خمسة مرشحين في الاقتراع الأول على أغلبية مطلقة، سيلزم إجراء اقتراعات أخرى إلى أن يحصل خمسة مرشحين على الأغلبية المطلقة المطلوبة.
