3. The Government of the Republic of Mali opposes the adoption by any country of unilateral coercive economic measures in order to exert pressure aimed at changing a political or economic situation that does not lie within its territorial jurisdiction.
3 - وتعارض حكومة جمهورية مالي اتخاذ أي بلد لتدابير اقتصادية قسرية انفرادية من أجل ممارسة ضغط يهدف إلى تغيير حالة سياسية أو اقتصادية لا تقع في إطار ولايته الإقليمية.

3. Although the General Assembly has repeatedly rejected such practices, the Government of the United States of America continues to apply unilateral coercive economic sanctions in the conduct of its foreign policy.

2. Urges the international community to adopt urgent and effective measures to eliminate the use of unilateral coercive economic measures against developing countries that are not authorized by relevant organs of the United Nations or are inconsistent with the principles of international law as set forth in the Charter of the United Nations and that contravene the basic principles of the multilateral trading system;
2 - تحث المجتمع الدولي على اتخاذ تدابير عاجلة وفعالة لوضع حد لاستخدام تدابير اقتصادية قسرية انفرادية ضد البلدان النامية لم تأذن بها أجهزة الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة أو تتنافى ومبادئ القانون الدولي الواردة في ميثاق الأمم المتحدة وتخل بالمبادئ الأساسية للنظام التجاري المتعدد الأطراف؛

2. 512-2 مواصلة الدعوة لرفض أي تدابير اقتصادية قسرية انفرادية قد تتخذها بعض الدول واعتماد إجراءات ملموسة لمناهضتها في المحافل المختلفة المتعددة الأطراف التي تشترك فيها حركة عدم الانحيار ومجموعة الـ77 والصين.

5. Again calls upon all States not to recognize or apply unilateral extraterritorial coercive economic measures imposed by any State, which are contrary to recognized principles of international law;
