وقد استكملت تلك الفقرة بالمادة ١٢، المتعلقة بإعادة النظر في الحكم في حال اكتشاف واقعة حاسمة كانت مجهولة لدى المحكمة في وقت إصدار الحكم.

Revision of Judgements Either party may apply to the Appeals Tribunal, on a prescribed form, for a revision of a judgement on the basis of the discovery of a decisive fact that was, at the time the judgement was rendered, unknown to the Appeals Tribunal and to the party applying for revision, always provided that such ignorance was not due to negligence.
يجوز لأي من الطرفين أن يقدم طلبا إلى محكمة الاستئناف، على النموذج المقرر لذلك، لإعادة النظر في الحكم، بناء على اكتشاف واقعة حاسمة كانت، عند النطق بالحكم، مجهولة لدى محكمة الاستئناف ولدى الطرف المطالب بإعادة النظر في الحكم، شريطة ألاّ كون الجهل بتلك الواقعة، في جميع الأحوال، ناشئا عن الإهمال.
