`4 ' يُقصد بالمعال من الدرجة الثانية الأب أو الأم أو الأخ أو الأخت عندما يتكفل الموظف بما يكافئ أو يجاوز نصف تكاليف إعالتهم ماليا، على أن يبلغ ذلك في كل الأحوال ضعف مبلغ بدل الإعالة على الأقل، شريطة أن يستوفي الأخ أو الأخت نفس شروط السن والانتظام في الدراسة المحددة للولد المعال.

109. Article 96 deals with exceptions for the employment of juveniles in family enterprises: The provisions of this law shall not apply to juveniles over the age of 15 who are employed in a family enterprise managed or supervised by spouse, father, mother, brother or sister.

The amendment sought to remove the discrimination by referring to children, grand children, parents, siblings, uncles and aunts and nephews and nieces.
وتوخى التعديل إزالة التمييز بالإشارة إلى الأبناء والأحفاد والوالدين والأشقاء والشقيقات والأعمام والعمات وأولاد الأخ أو الأخت وبنات الأخ أو الأخت.
