29. Damages for lost profits will often require predictions of future prices for the goods or otherwise involve some uncertainty as to actual future losses.

وأعلنت الكويت أن " القانون الدولي يسلم بشكل ثابت بأنه متى أضرّ بالممتلكات فعل غير مشروع، مُنح التعويض عن الضرر المادي الذي يصيب الممتلكات (وهو جزء من الخسارة الواقعة أو الخسارة المتكبدة بالفعل) وعن الأرباح الضائعة (الكسب الفائت) إذا كانت الممتلكات قد استخدمت على نحو مربح.
