90. The experience required by the statute of the Appeals Tribunal must be in one or more national jurisdictions.
90 - يلزم أن تكون الخبرة التي يشترطها النظام الأساسي لمحكمة الاستئناف مكتسبة في ولاية قضائية وطنية أو أكثر.

1. Judgements of the Dispute Tribunal shall be binding on the parties, but are subject to appeal in accordance with the statute of the Appeals Tribunal.
1 - أحكام محكمة المنازعات ملزمة للطرفين، غير أنه قابلة للاستئناف وفقا للنظام الأساسي لمحكمة الاستئناف.

Similarly, article 6 of the statute of the Appeals Tribunal provides that the Appeals Tribunal shall establish its own rules of procedure, which are subject to approval by the Assembly.
