13. At its thirty-third ministerial meeting, held in Bangui in December 2011, the Committee adopted the Declaration on a Road Map for Counter-Terrorism and NonProliferation of arms in Central Africa.
13 - اعتمدت اللجنة في اجتماعها الوزاري الثالث والثلاثين، المعقود في بانغي، في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، خريطة الطريق المتعلقة بمكافحة الإرهاب وعدم انتشار الأسلحة في وسط أفريقيا.

To counter both traditional and emerging threats, the Committee adopted a declaration on a road map for counter-terrorism and non-proliferation of arms in Central Africa.
وبغية التصدي للمخاطر التقليدية والمخاطر البازغة، اعتمدت اللجنة إعلانا يتعلق بخريطة طريق لمكافحة الإرهاب ومنع انتشار الأسلحة في وسط أفريقيا.

28. In accordance with the recommendation made at the thirty-third ministerial meeting of the Committee, the representative of the United Nations Department of Political Affairs gave a briefing on the implementation of the Declaration on a Road Map for Counter-Terrorism and Non-Proliferation of arms in Central Africa.
28 - وفقاً للتوصية المقدمة في الاجتماع الوزاري الثالث والثلاثين للجنة، قدم ممثل إدارة الشؤون السياسية إحاطة عن تنفيذ الإعلان بشأن خريطة الطريق لمكافحة الإرهاب ومنع انتشار الأسلحة في وسط أفريقيا.

Within the framework of the United Nations Standing Advisory Committee on Security Questions in Central Africa, Member States adopted a Declaration on a Road Map for Counter-Terrorism and Non-proliferation of arms in Central Africa at the 33rd ministerial meeting of the Advisory Committee in December 2011.
وفي إطار لجنة الأمم المتحدة الاستشارية الدائمة المعنية بمسائل الأمن في وسط أفريقيا، اعتمدت الدول الأعضاء، خلال الاجتماع الوزاري الثالث والثلاثين للجنة الاستشارية في كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2011، إعلانا بشأن خريطة طريق لمكافحة الإرهاب وعدم انتشار الأسلحة في وسط أفريقيا.

I should like to inform you in this context that on 8 December, the ministerial meeting adopted a Declaration on a road map for counter-terrorism and non-proliferation of arms in Central Africa (attached).
وفي هذا السياق، أود أن أبلغكم بأن الاجتماع الوزاري قد اعتمد في 8 كانون الأول/ديسمبر إعلانا معنونا " خريطة طريق لمكافحة الإرهاب وعدم انتشار الأسلحة في وسط أفريقيا " (انظرالملحق الأول).

108. The representative of UNOCA recalled the recommendations adopted by the Committee at its thirty-third meeting regarding implementation of the Declaration on a road map for counter-terrorism and non-proliferation of arms in Central Africa.

They also requested their ministers to elaborate, urgently and jointly, the practical modalities for an effective programme to curb the proliferation of weapons in Central Africa and to examine with United Nations officials concrete ways and means to bring the proposed early-warning mechanism into existence and to ensure its functioning.
وطلبوا من وزرائهم أن، بصورة عاجلة ومشتركة، صياغة الطرائق العملية لبرنامج فعال للحد من انتشار اﻷسلحة في وسط أفريقيا والنظر مع موظفي اﻷمم المتحدة في السبل والوسائل الواقعية لانشاء آلية الانذار المبكر المقترحة وضمان تشغيلها.
