وإذ تشير أيضا إلى قرارها 47/133 المؤرخ 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1992 الذي أصدرت به الإعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري بوصفه مجموعة من المبادئ التي يتعين على جميع الدول تطبيقها،

9. In 1992, the General Assembly adopted the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance as a body of principles to be applied by all States.
9 - وفي عام 1992، اعتمدت الجمعية العامة إعلان حماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري بوصفه مجموعة من المبادئ التي يتعين على جميع الدول تطبيقها.

Recalling General Assembly resolution 47/133 of 18 December 1992, by which the Assembly proclaimed the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance as a body of principles for all States and urged that all efforts be made so that the Declaration became generally known and implemented,
إذ تشير إلى قرار الجمعية العامة 47/133 المؤرخ في 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1992 الذي أصدرت الجمعية العامة بموجبه الإعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري بوصفه مجموعة من المبادئ الواجبة التطبيق على جميع الدول، وحثت على بذل كل الجهود حتى تعم معرفة الإعلان ويعم تنفيذه،

وإذ تذكّر أيضاً بقرار الجمعية العامة 47/133 المؤرخ 18 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1992، الذي أصدرت الجمعية بموجبه الإعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري بوصفه مجموعة من المبادئ الواجبة التطبيق على جميع الدول، والذي حثت بموجبه على بذل كل الجهود حتى تعم معرفة الإعلان ويعم تنفيذه،

Recognizes the importance of the Declaration on the Protection of All Persons from Enforced Disappearance as a body of principles for all States designed to punish enforced disappearances, to prevent their commission and to help victims of such acts and their families to seek fair, prompt and adequate reparation;
7 - تسلم بأهمية الإعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري بوصفه مجموعة من المبادئ الواجبة التطبيق على جميع الدول التي ترمي إلى المعاقبة على أفعال الاختفاء القسري ومنع ارتكابها ومساعدة ضحايا مثل هذه الأفعال وأسرهم على التماس التعويض العادل والسريع والكافي؛

5- يسلم بأهمية الإعلان المتعلق بحماية جميع الأشخاص من الاختفاء القسري بوصفه مجموعة من المبادئ الموجهة لجميع الدول الغرض منها معاقبة أعمال الاختفاء القسري ومنع ارتكابها ومساعدة ضحايا هذه الأعمال وأسرهم على السعي إلى الحصول على تعويض عادل وسريع وكافٍ؛
