By the same decision, at its seventh meeting, the Conference of the Parties requested the Secretariat to continue its cooperation, in accordance with decisions VI/29 and VI/30, adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its sixth meeting, on critical areas for the effective implementation of the Basel Convention, its protocols and amendments with relevant organizations.
4 - وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف، في نفس المقرر، في اجتماعه السابع إلى الأمانة أن تواصل تعاونها طبقاً للمقررين 6/29 و 6/30 اللذين اعتمدهما مؤتمر الأطراف أثناء اجتماعه السادس بشأن المجالات الحرجة للتنفيذ الفعال لاتفاقية بازل، وبروتوكولاتها وتعديلاتها مع المنظمات المختصة.

4 - وطلب مؤتمر الأطراف، في نفس المقرر، في اجتماعه السابع إلى الأمانة أن تواصل تعاونها طبقاً للمقررين 6/29 و6/30 اللذين اعتمدهما مؤتمر الأطراف أثناء اجتماعه السادس بشأن المجالات الحرجة للتنفيذ الفعال لاتفاقية بازل، وبروتوكولاتها وتعديلاتها مع المنظمات المختصة.

The technical guidelines for the identification and environmentally sound management of plastics wastes and for their disposal adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its sixth meeting partially addressed some of the concerns regarding the environmentally sound management, including the disposal, of PVC wastes;
(ج) أن المبادئ التوجيهية التقنية لتحديد إدارة النفايات اللدائنية السليمة بيئياً والتخلص منها التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف أثناء اجتماعه السادس قد تناولت بصورة جزئية بعض المشاغل المتعلقة بالإدارة السليمة بيئياً بما في ذلك التخلص من نفايات بوليفينيل الكلوريد PVC؛

On 24 January 2004, in accordance with the procedure for the review or adjustment of lists of wastes contained in Annexes VIII and IX of the Basel Convention, adopted by the Conference of the Parties at its sixth meeting and as contained in the annex to its decision VI/35, the Secretariat placed the application from India on the internet site of the Basel Convention (www.basel.int) for Parties to provide comments.
3 - وفي 24 كانون الثاني/يناير 2004 وطبقاً لإجراء استعراض أو تغيير قوائم النفايات الواردة في المرفقين الثامن والتاسع من اتفاقية بازل التي اعتمدها مؤتمر الأطراف أثناء اجتماعه السادس وعلى النحو الوارد بهذا المقرر 6/35، وضعت الأمانة طلب الهند على موقع الإنترنت لاتفاقية بازل (www.basel.int) لكي يتلقاها الأطراف ويقدموا تعليقات.
