43 - وعقب إجراء محادثات بين ممثلي المغرب وجبهة البوليساريو في مانهاست في آذار/مارس 2008، وعملا بقرار مجلس الأمن 1813 (2008)، شرعت المفوضية في عملية مفاوضات مع الأطراف المعنية بهدف التوصل إلى توسيع نطاق الزيارات الأسرية باستعمال النقل البري.

Mr. JELE (South Africa) said that, since the previous meeting of the Committee to consider the allocation of agenda item 164, his delegation had consulted all interested parties with a view to finding a consensus solution, and a compromise agreement had been reached on the procedure to be followed.
٤ - السيد جيلي )جنوب أفريقيا(: قال إن وفده قام، منذ الجلسة اﻷخيرة التي عقدها المكتب للنظر في إحالة البند ١٦٤، بالتشاور مع جميع اﻷطراف المعنية بهدف التوصل الى حل يقوم على توافق اﻵراء، وإنه قد تم التوصل الى اتفاق حل وسط بشأن اﻹجراء الذي يتعين اتباعه.
