A. Goals 11. Consistent with the Convention, in particular article 63, the purpose of the review process shall be to assist States parties in their implementation of the Convention.

54- يجوز للجنة أن تصوغ تعليقات عامة فيما يتصل بمواد أو ملاحظات أو مواضيع محددة ذات صلة بالاتفاقية، وذلك بهدف مساعدة الدول الأطراف على تنفيذ الاتفاقية وتشجيع المنظمات الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية على تعزيز إعمال الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الاتفاقية إعمالاً فعالاً.

3. The review mechanism, of which this report forms part, is an intergovernmental process with the overall goal of assisting States parties in implementing the Convention.
3- وآلية الاستعراض هذه، التي يشكّل هذا التقرير جزءا منها، هي عملية حكومية دولية يتمثل هدفها الإجمالي في مساعدة الدول الأطراف على تنفيذ الاتفاقية.
