62. There needs to be accountability on all sides for what has happened, as well as steps taken to ensure that in future proper rules and safeguards are in place to prevent violations of the human rights of both peoples, Palestinians and Israelis.
62- كما تدعو الضرورة إلى مساءلة جميع الأطراف عما حدث، فضلاً عن اتخاذ الخطوات لضمان وجود قواعد وضمانات ملائمة في المستقبل للحيلولة دون وقوع انتهاكات حقوق الإنسان للشعبين، الفلسطيني والإسرائيلي.

The terms of reference for the mechanism provide, among other things, that: " Tthe Committee shall report to each ordinary meeting of the Conference of the parties on the work it has carried out to fulfill its functions for the information and/or the consideration of the Conference of the Parties. "
وتنص صلاحيات هذه الآلية، في جملة أمور أخرى، على ما يلي: " تقدم اللجنة تقريراً إلى كل اجتماع عادي يعقده مؤتمر الأطراف عما قامت به من أعمال لأداء وظائفها لعلم مؤتمر الأطراف به و/أو لينظر فيه " .

Also requests the Secretariat to continue to move forward, under the guidance of the Open-ended Working Group, with the issue of identification of the wastes covered by the Basel Convention in the World Customs Organization Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System and to report regularly to the Open-ended Working Group and the Conference of the parties on progress.
