٢ - يطلب إلى جميع اﻷطراف في أفغانستان أن تعترف بجميع حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية، وأن تحميها وتعززها وأن تتصرف وفقا لها، وذلك بصرف النظر عن نوع الجنس، أو اﻷصل اﻹثني، أو الدين، وفقا للصكوك الدولية لحقوق اﻹنسان، وأن تحترم القانون اﻹنساني الدولي؛

Only then can we work to help the Afghan parties in a serious political dialogue to achieve national reconciliation.
