2. The Conference agreed that universality of the Convention and its Protocols would remain a priority objective of cooperation among States Parties in the period from 2006 to 2011.

160. A challenge for the States Parties during the period 2010 to 2014 will be to ensure that efforts to ensure the substantive participation of survivors and other experts does not subside but rather is enhanced.

That the adaptation fund shall be operated and managed by an entity which operates the financial mechanism of the Convention, under the guidance of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, with guidance to be provided by the Conference of the Parties in the period prior to entry into force of the Kyoto Protocol;
4- أن يُشغل صندوق التكيف ويُدار من جانب الكيان الذي يتولى تشغيل الآلية المالية للاتفاقية، في ظل التوجيه الصادر عن مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، وذلك بتوجيه سيسديه مؤتمر الأطراف في الفترة السابقة على بدء نفاذ بروتوكول كيوتو؛

6. At its third session, the Preparatory Committee authorized its Bureau and the President-designate to handle technical and other organizational matters, as well as to carry out consultations with States Parties in the period before the 2015 Review Conference.
6 - وأذنت اللجنة التحضيرية في دورتها الثالثة لمكتبها ولرئيسها المنتخب بمعالجة المسائل الفنية وغيرها من المسائل التنظيمية وإجراء مشاورات مع الدول الأطراف في الفترة السابقة لانعقاد المؤتمر الاستعراضي لعام 2015.

The JISC noted that the financial situation of the JISC and its supporting structures has improved considerably compared with the same period in 2010, due to the contributions received from Parties in the period August - December 2010, for which the JISC expressed its appreciation.

The purpose of the Geneva Progress Report 2011-2012 is to support the application of the Cartagena Action Plan by measuring progress made during the period 2 December 2011 to 7 December 2012 and, in doing so, to highlight priority areas of work for the States Parties in the period between the 2012 Twelfth Meeting of the States Parties (12MSP) and the 2013 Thirteenth Meeting of the States Parties (13MSP).

25. OIOS found that weaknesses in governance and oversight led to the inclusion of overestimations and inappropriate income sources in the budget proposals presented to the Conference of Parties during the period from 1994 to 2011.
25 - وتَبيّن لمكتب خدمات الرقابة الداخلية أن نقاط الضعف الموجودة على صعيدي الحوكمة والرقابة أدّت إلى احتواء الميزانيات المقترحة المقدّمة إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في الفترة من 1994 إلى 2011 على قيم مقيّدة بأعلى من حقيقتها ومصادر إيرادات في غير محلّها.
