وأكد مجلس الأمن من جديد لزوم أن تتعاون جميع الأطراف وجميع الدول تعاونا تاما مع عمل فريق الخبراء وأن تكفل توفير الإمكانية الفورية ودون عائق للاتصال بالأشخاص والحصول على الوثائق والوصول إلى المواقع مما يعتبره فريق الخبراء ذا صلة بتنفيذ ولايته.

12. Reaffirms its demand, expressed in paragraph 19 of resolution 1596, that all parties and all States cooperate fully with the work of the Group of Experts, and that they ensure:

The Government of Rwanda is dismayed that, while the Council resolution " Demands that all parties and all States cooperate fully with the work of the Group of Experts " , it remains silent about the fact that the Group must cooperate with all States, and should exercise the highest standards of integrity, fairness and transparency in conducting its work.
ومما يثير الانزعاج لدى حكومة رواندا عن أنه رغم مطالبة قرار مجلس الأمن " جميع الأطراف وجميع الدول بالتعاون على نحو تام مع فريق الخبراء فيما يؤديه من أعمال " فإنه يخلو من أي إشارة إلى ضرورة أن يتعاون الفريق مع جميع الدول، وأن يمارس أعلى مستويات النزاهة والإنصاف والشفافية في تسيير أعماله.

Further demands that all parties and all States ensure cooperation with the Group of Experts by individuals and entities within their jurisdiction or under their control, and requests in this regard all States to identify a focal point to the Committee in order to enhance cooperation and information sharing with the Group of Experts.
يطالب كذلك جميع الأطراف وجميع الدول أن تكفل تعاون كل الكيانات والأفراد الخاضعين لولايتها أو الواقعين تحت سلطتها مع فريق الخبراء؛ ويطلب في هذا الصدد إلى جميع الدول أن تحدد للجنة جهة للاتصال، بغية تعزيز التعاون وتبادل المعلومات مع فريق الخبراء.

يطالب كذلك جميع الأطراف وجميع الدول أن تكفل تعاون الأفراد والكيانات الخاضعين لولايتها أو لسلطتها مع فريق الخبراء، ويطلب في هذا الصدد إلى جميع الدول أن تحدد للجنة مركز تنسيق بغية تعزيز التعاون وتبادل المعلومات مع فريق الخبراء.

In paragraph 20, the Council expressed its full support to the Group of Experts, called for enhanced cooperation between all States, particularly those in the region, the United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) and the Group, and reiterated its demand that all parties and all States ensure the safety of the Group's members and support staff.
وفي الفقرة 20، أعرب المجلس عن دعمه الكامل لفريق الخبراء، ودعا إلى تعزيز التعاون بين جميع الدول، وخاصة دول المنطقة وبعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة لتحقيق الاستقرار في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية وفريق الخبراء، وكرَّر مطالبته جميع الأطراف وجميع الدول بضمان سلامة أعضاء الفريق وموظفي الدعم التابعين له.

19. Demands that all parties and all States cooperate fully with the work of the Group of Experts referred to in paragraph 21 below and of MONUC, and that they ensure:
19 - يطالب جميع الأطراف وجميع الدول بالتعاون تعاونا تاما مع فريق الخبراء المشار إليه في الفقرة 21 أدناه وبعثة منظمة الأمم المتحدة في جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية في الأعمال التي يقومان بها، وأن تكفل ما يلي:

13. Further demands that all parties and all States ensure the cooperation with the Group of Experts of individuals and entities within their jurisdiction or under their control, and calls on all States in the region to implement fully their obligations under paragraph 12 above;
13 - يطالب كذلك جميع الأطراف وجميع الدول أن تكفل تعاون كل من يخضع لولايتها أو سيطرتها من أفراد وكيانات مع فريق الخبراء، ويدعو جميع الدول في المنطقة لأن تنفذ بشكل كامل التزاماتها بموجب الفقرة 11 أعلاه؛
