Decides to include in the United Nations calendar of conferences and meetings for the biennium 2014-2015 the sessions of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention and its subsidiary bodies envisaged for the biennium, and requests the Secretary-General to make provisions for the sessions of the Conference of the Parties and its subsidiary bodies when submitting the proposed programme budget for the biennium 2014-2015;

14 - تقرر أن تدرج في جدول الأمم المتحدة للمؤتمرات والاجتماعات لفترة السنتين 2014-2015 دورات مؤتمر الأطراف في الاتفاقية وهيئتيه الفرعيتين المزمع عقدها خلال فترة السنتين، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يرصد اعتمادات لدورات مؤتمر الأطراف وهيئتيه الفرعيتين لدى تقديم الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين 2014-2015؛

1. Invites Parties to promote the active involvement of civil society organizations, including those of indigenous people, local communities and youth, in the Convention process at the international level, including through the accreditation process, with a view to ensuring the increased and more representative participation of civil society organizations in the sessions of the Conference of the Parties and its subsidiary bodies;
1- يدعو الأطراف إلى تشجيع المشاركة الفعالة لمنظمات المجتمع المدني، بما فيها منظمات الشعوب الأصلية، والمجتمعات المحلية ومنظمات الشباب، في عملية الاتفاقية على الصعيد الدولي، بما في ذلك عبر عملية الاعتماد، بهدف ضمان مشاركة منظمات المجتمع المدني مشاركة متزايدة في دورات مؤتمر الأطراف وهيئتيه الفرعيتين وتعزيز تمثيلية هذه المشاركة؛
