The Committee recommends that the State party expedite its efforts to reform the Penal Code in order to strengthen the national and international measures for the prevention of the recruitment of children for armed forces or armed groups and their use in hostilities.
340- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالتعجيل بجهودها الرامية إلى إصلاح قانون العقوبات من أجل تعزيز التدابير الوطنية والدولية المتعلقة بمنع تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة أو في الجماعات المسلحة واستخدامهم في أعمال القتال.

365. The Committee recommends that the State party expedite its efforts to reform the Penal Code in order to strengthen national and international measures for the prevention of the recruitment of children for armed forces or armed groups and their use in hostilities.
365- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تسرِّع وتيرة جهودها من أجل إصلاح قانون العقوبات، وذلك لتعزيز التدابير الوطنية والدولية لمنع تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة أو الجماعات المسلحـة واستخدامهم في أعمال القتال.

In order to strengthen national and international measures for the prevention of the recruitment of children for armed forces or armed groups and their use in hostilities, CRC recommended changes to Iceland's legislation.
ولتعزيز التدابير الوطنية والدولية لمكافحة تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة أو الجماعات المسلحة واستخدامهم في الأعمال العدائية، أوصت لجنة حقوق الطفل آيسلندا بإجراء تغييرات على تشريعاتها(23).

(15) In order to further strengthen international measures for the prevention of the recruitment of children for armed forces or armed groups and their use in hostilities, the Committee recommends that the State party consider extending extraterritorial jurisdiction for crimes of recruitment and involvement of children in hostilities, inter alia, by entering into bilateral or multilateral agreements.
15) بغية تعزيز التدابير الوطنية الدولية الرامية إلى منع تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة أو المجموعات المسلحة واستخدامهم في الأعمال القتالية، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تنظر في مسألة توسيع الولاية القضائية خارج الإقليم بالنسبة لجريمتي تجنيد الأطفال وإشراكهم في الأعمال القتالية، وذلك بطرق منها الدخول في اتفاقات ثنائية ومتعددة الأطراف.

Please also inform the Committee whether Syria assumes extraterritorial jurisdiction over war crimes which involve conscripting or enlisting children into armed forces or armed groups and/or making them take a direct part in hostilities, in particular if committed by or against a Syrian citizen.
السؤال الخامس: يرجى إبلاغ اللجنة ما إذا كانت سوريا تتحمل الولاية القضائية خارج الإقليم بشأن جرائم الحرب التي تنطوي على تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة أو المجموعات المسلحة و/أو إشراكهم بصورة مباشرة في الأعمال القتالية، وخاصة إذا ارتكبت هذه الجرائم من جانب مواطن سوري أو ضده.

64. State parties to the Convention on the Rights of the Child are encouraged to strengthen national and international measures for the prevention of recruitment of children into the armed forces or armed groups and their use in hostilities.
64- تشجَّع الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل على تعزيز التدابير الوطنية والدولية الهادفة إلى منع تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة أو الجماعات المسلحة واستخدامهم في العمليات الحربية.

The Committee recommends that the State party establish extraterritorial jurisdiction over acts prohibited under the Optional Protocol, including the conscription or enlistment of children into the armed forces or armed groups, or their use to participate actively in hostilities, if such crimes are committed by or against a Moroccan national or a person who otherwise has a close link with the State party.
١٨- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تنشئ ولاية قضائية خارج الإقليم على الأفعال التي يحظرها البروتوكول الاختياري، بما في ذلك تجنيد الأطفال في القوات المسلحة أو الجماعات المسلحة أو جعلهم يتطوعون فيها أو جعلهم يشاركون مشاركة نشيطة في الاقتتال إن ارتكب هذه الجرائمَ مواطنٌ مغربي أو ارتُكبت في حقه، وكذلك أي شخص وثيق الصلة بالدولة الطرف.
