The Committee encourages the State party to promote and facilitate within the family, the school, care institutions and the courts respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعزيز احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تؤثر عليهم داخل الأسرة وفي المدرسة ومؤسسات الرعاية والمحاكم.

In addition, the Committee recommends that the State party promote and facilitate, within the family and in schools, the community and society at large, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، توصي اللجنة بأن تقوم الدولة الطرف بتعزيز وتيسير، داخل الأسرة وفي المدارس والمجتمع المحلّي والمجتمع بوجه عام، احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع الأمور التي تؤثِّر فيهم.

33. The Committee appreciates the efforts made by the State party to promote, facilitate and implement in practice the principle of respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
33- تعرب اللجنة عن تقديرها لما تبذله الدولة الطرف من جهود لتعزيز مبدإ احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع الشؤون التي تمسهم وتيسير إعمال هذا المبدأ وتنفيذه عملياً.

(a) Continue to promote and facilitate within the family, the school, institutions, the courts and administrative bodies respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention;
(أ) القيام، داخل الأسرة والمدرسة والمؤسسات والمحاكم والهيئات الادارية، بتعزيز وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تهمّهم، وذلك وفقا للمادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛

539. The Committee recommends that the State party continue to promote and facilitate, within the family, schools, institutions, as well as in judicial and administrative procedures, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention.
539- توصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف تعزيز وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع الأمور التي تهمهم، في الأسرة والمدارس والمؤسسات وكذلك في الإجراءات القضائية والإدارية، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 12 من الاتفاقية.

(b) Promote and facilitate, within the family, the schools, the courts and administrative bodies, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention;
(ب) أن تشجع وتيسر احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تخصهم داخل الأسرة وفي المدارس والمحاكم والكيانات الإدارية، طبقًا للمادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛

916. In the light of article 12 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party continue to promote and facilitate, within the family, schools and other institutions, in courts and communities, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
916- في ضوء المادة 12 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة تعزيز وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تهمهم داخل الأسرة وفي المدارس وغيرها من المؤسسات، والمحاكم، وفي المجتمعات المحلية.

In the light of article 12 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party continue to promote and facilitate, within the family, schools and other institutions, in courts and communities, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
41- في ضوء المادة 12 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة تعزيز وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تهمهم داخل الأسرة وفي المدارس وغيرها من المؤسسات، والمحاكم، وفي المجتمعات المحلية.

38. The Committee recommends that the State party establish effective consultative mechanisms in mainland China, Hong Kong, China and Macao, China to ensure respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, including in the development of policymaking, court decisions and programme implementation.
38- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بإنشاء آليات تشاورية فعالة في الصين القارية وهونغ كونغ الصينية وماكاو الصينية لضمان احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع الأمور التي تؤثر في حياتهم، بما في ذلك وضع السياسات وقرارات المحاكم وتنفيذ البرامج.

The Committee recommends that the State party further promote, facilitate and implement in practice, within the family, schools, the community level, in institutions as well as in judicial and administrative procedures, the principle of respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
26- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تواصل تعزيز وتيسير وإعمال مبدأ احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تعنيهم في واقع الممارسة، داخل الأسرة والمدرسة وعلى صعيد المجتمع المحلي وفي المؤسسات، وكذا في إطار الإجراءات القضائية والإدارية.

27. In view of its general comment No. 12 (2009) on the right of the child to be heard, the Committee recommends that the State party continues to promote and facilitate, within the family, schools and institutions, and in judicial and administrative procedures, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them.
27- بالنظر إلى تعليقها العام رقم 12(2009) بشأن حق الطفل في سماع آرائه، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تواصل تعزيز مبدأ احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع الأمور التي تمسهم، وتيسير ذلك المبدأ داخل الأسرة والمدارس والمؤسسات وفي الإجراءات القضائية والإدارية.

(a) Continue to promote and facilitate, including through legislation, within the family, the school, institutions, the courts and administrative bodies, respect for the views of children and their participation in all matters affecting them, in accordance with article 12 of the Convention;
(أ) أن تواصل، داخل الأسرة والمدرسة والمؤسسات والمحاكم والهيئات الإدارية ومن خلال تشريعاتها، تعزيز وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المسائل التي تؤثر عليهم، وذلك وفقاً للمادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛

(أ) تشجيع وتيسير احترام آراء الأطفال ومشاركتهم في جميع المشاكل التي تمسهم، داخل الأسرة والمدرسة والمحاكم وفي الهيئات الإدارية، وذلك باعتماد تشريع وفقاً لأعمارهم ومدى نضجهم، وفي ضوء أحكام المادة 12 من الاتفاقية؛
