137. Last but not least, family planning is a key element to family policy, being therefore fully supported by the MSAR Government, with a view to improve the health and well-being of families through providing individuals and couples with information and the means that will enable them to decide freely, and in a responsible fashion, the number of children they wish to have and the timing for such.
