18. The costs incurred by troop contributors for the usage of personal clothing, personal gear and equipment would be maintained in the calculation of the rates of reimbursement, on the basis that this would provide a simpler and more efficient reimbursement arrangement for direct costs incurred by all troop contributors.
18 - تبقى التكاليف التي تتكبدها الدول المساهمة بقوات عن استعمال الألبسة الشخصية والعتاد والمعدات الشخصية في حساب معدلات السداد، وذلك على أساس أن هذا سيوفّر ترتيبا للسداد أكثر بساطة وكفاءة بالنسبة للتكاليف المباشرة التي تتكبدها جميع الدول المساهمة بقوات.

19. As shown in part 2 of the proposed questionnaire, unit costs would be requested for various items of personal clothing, personal gear and equipment that are based on the minimum standard requirements in the soldier's kit, as provided in the memorandums of understanding between the United Nations and troop contributors.
