Written statements submitted by the designated representatives referred to in rules 42 to 46 shall be distributed by the secretariat to all delegations in the quantities and in the languages in which the statements are made available to the Secretariat for distribution, provided that a statement submitted on behalf of a non-governmental organization is on a subject in which it has a special competence and is related to the work of the Conference.
توزع الأمانة على جميع الوفود البيانات الخطية المقدمة من الممثلين المسمين المشار إليهم في المواد 42 إلى 46 بالكميات واللغات التي أتيحت بها هذه البيانات للأمانة لغرض التعميم، شريطة أن يكون البيان المقدم باسم أي منظمة غير حكومية متصلا بأعمال المؤتمر ومتعلقا بموضوع يكون فيه لهذه المنظمة كفاءة خاصة.

2. Written statements of such organizations on subjects in which they have a special competence and which are related to the work of the Conference shall be distributed by the secretariat in the languages and in the quantities that such statements are made available to the Secretariat.
