23 - تحال التعليقات أو المعلومات الإضافية المقدمة من الطرف الذي يجري البحث في امتثاله رداً على عريضة، إلى الأمانة في غضون تسعين يوماًَ من تاريخ تلقي ذلك الطرف للعريضة، ما لم يطلب تمديداً.

26 - تحال التعليقات أو المعلومات الإضافية المقدمة من الطرف الذي يجري البحث في امتثاله رداً على عريضة، إلى الأمانة في غضون تسعين يوماًَ من تاريخ تلقي ذلك الطرف للعريضة، ما لم يطلب الطرف تمديداً.

In addition, a party that grants an exemption must submit a report to the Secretariat within 90 days, which the secretariat must make available to all parties.
