The country created a special commission to investigate corruption and special tribunals to adjudicate civil matters arising from those investigations. Similarly, requested States should address the needs for capacity-building to enable those countries to participate actively in the expanding international action against the transfer of funds of illicit origin.
فقد أنشأت الدولة مفوضية خاصة للتحقيق في قضايا الفساد ومحاكم خاصة للفصل في القضايا المدنية الناشئة عن تلك التحقيقات.(42) وبالمثل، ينبغي للدول متلقية الطلب أن تعالج الاحتياجات الخاصة ببناء القدرات كيما تتمكن تلك الدول من المشاركة النشطة في الاجراءات الدولية المتوسعة ضد احالة الأموال ذات المنشأ غير المشروع.

In that connection, it should be recalled that, as recommended by the Ad Hoc Committee, a workshop on asset recovery was organized during the third session, while a global study on the transfer of funds of illicit origin derived from acts of corruption (A/AC.261/12) was submitted to the Ad Hoc Committee at its fourth session, in pursuance of Economic and Social Council resolution 2001/13 of 24 July 2001.
9- وفي هذا الصدد، ينبغي الاشارة إلى أنه قد تم، وفقا لتوصية اللجنة المخصصة، تنظيم حلقة عمل بشأن استرجاع الموجودات خلال الدورة الثالثة، بينما قدمت دراسة عالمية عن احالة الأموال ذات المنشأ غير المشروع المتأتية من أفعال فساد (A/AC.261/12) إلى اللجنة المخصصة في دورتها الرابعة، عملا بقرار المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي 2001/13، المؤرخ 24 تموز/يوليه 2001.
