1. At its 674th meeting, on 24 March 2003, the Legal Subcommittee re-established its Working Group on agenda item 6 (a), " matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space " , and elected Taous Feroukhi (Algeria) Chairperson of the Working Group.
1- أعادت اللجنة الفرعية القانونية، في جلستها 674 المعقودة في 24 آذار/مارس 2003، إنشاء فريقها العامل المعني بالبند 6 (أ)، المعنون " الأمور المتعلقة بتعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده " . وانتخبت السيدة طاوس فروخي (الجزائر) رئيسة للفريق العامل.

In accordance with the agreement reached by the Legal Subcommittee at its thirty-ninth session, endorsed by the Committee at its forty-third session and subsequently endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolution 60/99, the Working Group was reconvened to consider only matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space.
ووفقا للاتفاق الذي توصلت إليه اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين وأقرته اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والأربعين، وأقرته فيما بعد الجمعية العامة في قرارها 60/99، أوصي الفريق العامل بأن ينظر في الأمور المتعلقة بتعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده فقط.

In accordance with the agreement reached by the Legal Subcommittee at its thirty-ninth session, endorsed by the Committee at its forty-third session and subsequently endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolution 62/217, the Working Group was reconvened to consider only matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space.
ووفقا للاتفاق الذي توصلت إليه اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين وأقرّته اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والأربعين، ثم أقرّته الجمعية العامة في قرارها 62/217، انعقد الفريق العامل مجددا للنظر في الأمور المتعلقة بتعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده فقط.

In accordance with the agreement reached by the Legal Subcommittee at its thirty-ninth session, endorsed by the Committee at its forty-third session and subsequently endorsed by the General Assembly in its resolution 61/111, the Working Group was reconvened to consider only matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space.
ووفقا للاتفاق الذي توصلت إليه اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين وأيّدته اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والأربعين، ثم أقرّته فيما بعد الجمعية العامة في قرارها 61/111، اجتمع الفريق العامل مجددا للنظر في الأمور المتعلقة بتعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده فقط.

The Committee noted that the Working Group on this item had been re-established under the chairmanship of José Monserrat Filho (Brazil) to consider only matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space, in accordance with the agreement reached by the Legal Subcommittee at its thirty-ninth session and endorsed by the Committee at its forty-third session.
202- ولاحظت اللجنة أن الفريق العامل المعني بهذا البند أعيد إنشاؤه برئاسة خوسيه مونسيرات فيلهو (البرازيل) لكي ينظر في الأمور المتعلقة بتعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده فقط، وفقا للاتفاق الذي توصلت إليه اللجنة الفرعية القانونية في دورتها التاسعة والثلاثين وأقرته اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والأربعين.

The Committee noted that the Working Group on this item had been re-established under the chairmanship of Manuel Alvarez (Peru) to consider only matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space, in accordance with the agreement reached at the thirty-ninth session of the Legal Subcommittee and endorsed by the Committee at its forty-third session.
144- كما لاحظت اللجنة أن الفريق العامل المعني بهذا البند قد أنشئ من جديد برئاسة مانويل ألفاريس (بيرو) لكي ينظر في الأمور المتعلقة بتعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده فقط، وفقا للاتفاق الذي تم التوصل اليه في الدورة التاسعة والثلاثين للجنة الفرعية القانونية وأقرته اللجنة في دورتها الثالثة والأربعين.

1. At its 656th meeting, on 2 April, the Legal Subcommittee re-established its Working Group on agenda item 6 (a), entitled " matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space " .
1- عاودت اللجنة الفرعية القانونية، في جلستها 656، المعقودة في 2 نيسان/أبريل، انشاء فريقها العامل المعني بالبند 6 (أ) من جدول الأعمال، المعنون " الأمور المتعلقة بتعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده " .

The Committee noted that, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 61/111, the Legal Subcommittee had continued to consider, as a regular item of its agenda, matters relating to the definition and delimitation of outer space and the character and utilization of the geostationary orbit, including consideration of ways and MEANS TO ENSURE THE RATIONAL and equitable use of the geostationary orbit without prejudice to the role of ITU.
191- لاحظت اللجنة أن اللجنة الفرعية القانونية واصلت، عملاً بقرار الجمعية العامة 61/111 وفي إطار بند ثابت في جدول أعمالها، النظر في الأمور المتعلقة بتعريف الفضاء الخارجي وتعيين حدوده وبطبيعة المدار الثابت بالنسبة للأرض وكيفية استخدامه، بما في ذلك النظر في السبل والوسائل التي تكفل الاستخدام الرشيد والعادل للمدار الثابت بالنسبة للأرض دون مساس بدور الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات.
