أما فيما يتعلق بالسؤال 5، فإن الوزارات ذات الصلة تتعاون في إنشاء السجل الخاص بالأجسام الفضائية والاحتفاظ بهذا السجل، بينما تتولى وزارة الخارجية في اليابان تزويد الأمين العام بالمعلومات اللازمة بموجب اتفاقية تسجيل الأجسام المطلقة في الفضاء الخارجي.

(l) Also urged States parties to review whether they had provided to the Secretary-General the information on their national legislation envisaged in articles 6, paragraph 2 (d), and 13, paragraph 5, of the Convention;
(ل) حث أيضا الدول الأطراف على أن تستعرض ما إذا كانت قد زوّدت الأمين العام بالمعلومات عن تشريعاتها الوطنية، وفقا لما هو منصوص عليه في الفقرة 2 (د) من المادة 6، والفقرة 5 من المادة 13 من الاتفاقية؛

2. Requests the administering Powers concerned to transmit or continue to transmit to the Secretary-General the information prescribed in Article 73 e of the Charter, as well as the fullest possible information on political and constitutional developments in the Territories concerned, within a maximum period of six months following the expiration of the administrative year in those Territories;
2 - تطلب إلى الدول المعنية القائمة بالإدارة أن توافي، أو أن تواصل موافاة، الأمين العام بالمعلومات المنصوص عليها في المادة 73 (هـ) من الميثاق وبأتم قدر ممكن من المعلومات عن التطورات السياسية والدستورية في الأقاليم المعنية، وذلك في غضون مدة أقصاها ستة أشهر من انتهاء السنة الإدارية في تلك الأقاليم؛

The cooperation of the administering Powers, and their provision of information to the Secretary-General, were very important in that respect.
وإن تعاون الدول القائمة باﻹدارة، وتزويدها اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات أمر بالغ اﻷهمية في هذا الشأن.

The Council would recommend that Member States consider the establishment of central contact points for providing information to the Secretary-General on their technical assistance and training projects in that field.
ويوصي المجلس الدول اﻷعضاء بأن تنظر في انشاء نقاط اتصال مركزية بغرض تزويد اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات عن مشاريعها الخاصة بالمساعدة التقنية والتدريب في هذا الميدان .

5. Invites Member States to improve the supply of information to the Secretary-General that could assist the Organization to prevent conflict and maintain international peace and security in full accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations;
٥ - تدعو الدول اﻷعضاء إلى تحسين إمداد اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات التي قد تساعد المنظمة على منع نشوب المنازعات وصون السلم واﻷمن الدوليين، بما يتمشى على نحو تام مع أحكام ميثاق اﻷمم المتحدة؛

" 3. Invites all States to provide relevant information to the Secretary-General regarding their implementation of the guidelines and recommendations not later than 31 May 1994;
" ٣ - تدعو جميع الدول الى تزويد اﻷمين العام بالمعلومات ذات الصلة فيما يتعلق بتنفيذها للمبادئ التوجيهية والتوصيات في موعد غايته ٣١ أيار/مايو ١٩٩٤؛

In that regard, we invite Member States to provide the Secretary-General with information regarding measures and efforts to devote part of the resources made available by the implementation of disarmament and arms limitation agreements to economic and social development, with a view to reducing the ever-widening gap between developed and developing countries.
وفي ذلك الصدد، ندعو الدول الأعضاء إلى موافاة الأمين العام بالمعلومات المتعلقة بالتدابير والجهود المبذولة لتخصيص جزء من هذه الموارد التي تم توفيرها بتنفيذ اتفاقات نزع السلاح والحد من الأسلحة للتنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، بهدف تقليص الفجوة المتزايدة بين البلدان المتقدمة النمو والبلدان النامية.
