The present addendum to the report of the Secretary-General on the observance of the International Day for the Right to the Truth concerning Gross Human Rights Violations and for the Dignity of Victims includes information provided by Argentina and Guatemala regarding activities carried out and events organized in their respective countries in connection with the commemoration of the International Day.
تتضمن هذه الإضافة لتقرير الأمين العام عن الاحتفال باليوم الدولي للحق في معرفة الحقيقة فيما يتعلق بالانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان ولاحترام كرامة الضحايا، معلومات مقدمة من الأرجنتين وغواتيمالا تتعلق بالأنشطة التي نفِّذت والمناسبات التي نظِّمت في البلدين بمناسبة الاحتفال باليوم الدولي.

13. The report of the Secretary-General on the observance of the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty (A/61/308) linked the lack of rights to the persistence of poverty.
13 - وأضاف قائلا إن تقرير الأمين العام عن الاحتفال باليوم الدولي للقضاء على الفقر (A/61/308) قد ربط عدم توفر الحقوق بدوام الفقر.

20. As asserted in the report of the Secretary-General on the observance of the International Day for the Eradication of Poverty (A/61/308), a human rights approach to poverty reduction was recognized and implemented internationally.
