22. Introducing the report of the Secretary-General on outsourcing practices (A/59/227), she said that the report provided the General Assembly with information on the outsourcing activities of the Organization for the biennium 2002-2003.

As reported in the Secretary-General's report (A/57/185), heads of department and offices at United Nations Headquarters, offices away from Headquarters and United Nations funds and programmes were provided with the report of the Secretary-General on outsourcing practices (A/55/301) and General Assembly resolution 55/232.
