22. The Human Rights Council shall consider consistent patterns of gross and reliably attested violations of human rights and fundamental freedoms brought to its attention by the second working group [at least once a year/as often as required, but at least once a year].
22- ينظر مجلس حقوق الإنسان في الأنماط الثابتة من الانتهاكات الجسيمة لحقوق الإنسان والحريات الأساسية المدعمة بأدلة ثابتة التي يوجه عنايته إليها الفريق العامل الثاني [مرة واحدة سنوياً على الأقل/كلما اقتضى الأمر ذلك، ولكن مرة واحدة سنوياً على الأقل].
