1. Endorses Commission decision 2000/109, insofar as it concerns the review of the procedure governed by Council resolution 1503 (XLVIII) and its related resolutions and decisions;
1- يؤيد مقرر اللجنة 2000/109 من حيث إنه يتعلق بإعادة النظر في الإجراء الذي ينظمه قرار المجلس 1503 (د - 48) وقراراته ومقرراته ذات الصلة؛

The SubCommission decided to concur with the view expressed by the Working Group on Communications that the procedure governed by Council resolution 1503 (XLVIII) could not be applied as a reparation or relief mechanism in respect of claims of compensation for human suffering or other losses which occurred during the Second World War. Following established practice, the President of the Council will announce in a public meeting the countries that have been examined under the procedure governed by Economic and Social Council resolutions 1503 (XLVIII) and 2000/3, as well as the countries no longer being dealt with under the procedure; otherwise, all actions taken under the 1503 procedure remain confidential until the Council decides otherwise.
