Purpose of the notification and movement documents
ثانياً - الغرض من مستندات الإخطار والنقل

Aware of the need for harmonization of the notification and movement document for the control of transboundary movements of hazardous wastes and other wastes under the Basel Convention, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union,
إذ يدرك الحاجة إلى تنسيق وثيقة الإخطار والنقل للتحكم في نقل النفايات الخطرة وغيرها من النفايات عبر الحدود بموجب اتفاقية بازل، فإن منظمة التعاون والتنمية في الميدان الاقتصادي والاتحاد الأوروبي،

Appendix I contains the revised notification and movement documents, which are unchanged from the versions dated 28 August 2006. Appendix II contains instructions for completing the notification and movement documents.
5 - يحتوي التذييل الأول على الوثائق المنقحة للإخطار والنقل، والتي لا تختلف عن الطبعات المؤرخة في 28 آب/أغسطس 2006 ويشتمل التذييل الثاني على تعليمات بشأن ملء وثائق الإخطار والنقل.

The competent national authorities in each state of export will be responsible for providing and issuing the notification and movement documents (in both paper and electronic versions).

2. Also requests the Secretariat to submit the revised version of the forms for notification and movement, including instructions on how to use these forms, to the Conference of the Parties at its eighth meeting, for its consideration and possible adoption.

The Conference will have before it the draft revised versions of the notification and movement documents for the control of transboundary movements of hazardous and other wastes and instructions for their use, as contained in document UNEP/CHW.5/Add.6, for its consideration and possible adoption.
32 - وسيكون معروضاً على مؤتمر الأطراف مشاريع النسخ المنقحة لوثائق الإخطار والنقل للتحكم في نقل النفايات الخطرة والنفايات الأخرى عبر الحدود والإرشادات بشأن استخدامها، على النحو الوارد في الوثيقة UNEP/CHW.8/5/Add.6، للنظر فيها وإمكانية اعتمادها.

It was also suggested in the contact group on technical matters at the fifth session of the Openended Working Group that the versions of the notification and movement documents to be posted on the Basel Convention's website by 15 September 2006 in accordance with decision OEWGV/13 should also be sent by the Secretariat to the focal points of the Basel Convention.
2 - كما اقترح داخل فريق الاتصال المعني بالمسائل التقنية أثناء الدورة الخامسة للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية بأن ترسل الأمانة أيضاً إلى نقاط اتصال اتفاقية بازل، طبعات من وثائق الإخطار والنقل التي تقرر وضعها على ويب سايت اتفاقية بازل قبل 15 أيلول/سبتمبر 2006 وفقاً لمقرر الفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية 5/13.

Bearing in mind the history of decisions by the Conference of the Parties on the notification and movement documents, including decisions I/21, II/16, III/16 and IV/14, it is suggested that the following text should be added to the draft decision contained in paragraph 7 of decision OEWGV/13, which will be presented to the Conference of the Parties at its eighth session for consideration and possible adoption:
3 - وأخذاً في الاعتبار لسجل مقررات مؤتمر الأطراف بشأن وثائق الإخطار والنقل بما في ذلك المقررات 1/21 و2/16 و3/16 و4/14 يقترح إضافة النص التالي إلى مشروع المقرر الوارد في الفقرة 7 من المقرر 5/13 للفريق العامل مفتوح العضوية، الذي سيعرض على مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثامن للنظر فيه وإمكانية اعتماده:

(b) An additional operative paragraph should be inserted as paragraph 3, reading, " Invites Parties to use the notification and movement documents and the instructions on their use. "

In considering the sub-item, it had before it a note by the Secretariat on harmonization of lists of wastes and related procedures (UNEP/CHW/OEWG/3/20), an information document on OECD notification and movement documents (UNEP/CHW/OEWG/3/INF/21) and a conference room paper.
