Taking note of commitments made and targets established regarding environmentally sound management of chemicals in the Plan of Implementation of the World Summit on Sustainable Development ( " Johannesburg Plan of Implementation " ), adopted by the Summit on 4 September 2002,
وإذ يحيط علما بالالتزامات المقطوعة والأهداف المحددة بشأن الإدارة السليمة بيئيا للمواد الكيميائية في خطة تنفيذ نتائج مؤتمر القمة العالمي للتنمية المستدامة ( " خطة جوهانسبرغ للتنفيذ " )()، التي اعتمدها مؤتمر القمة في 4 أيلول/سبتمبر 2002،

(d) Encourage partnerships to promote activities aimed at enhancing environmentally sound management of chemicals and hazardous wastes, implementing multilateral environmental agreements, raising awareness of issues relating to chemicals and hazardous waste and encouraging the collection and use of additional scientific data;
(د) تشجيع الشراكات على النهوض بالأنشطة التي ترمي إلى تعزيز الإدارة السليمة بيئيا للمواد الكيميائية والنفايات الخطرة، وتنفيذ الاتفاقات البيئية المتعددة الأطراف، وزيادة الوعي بالمسائل التي تتعلق بالمواد الكيميائية والنفايات الخطرة، والتشجيع على جمع بيانات علمية إضافية واستعمالها؛

(d) [Agreed] Encourage partnerships to promote activities aimed at enhancing environmentally sound management of chemicals and hazardous wastes, implementing multilateral environmental agreements, raising awareness of issues relating to chemicals and hazardous waste, and encouraging the collection and use of additional scientific data;
(د) [متفق عليه] تشجيع الشراكات على النهوض بالأنشطة التي ترمي إلى تعزيز الإدارة السليمة بيئيا للمواد الكيميائية والنفايات الخطرة، وتنفيذ الاتفاقات البيئية المتعددة الأطراف، وزيادة الوعي بالمسائل التي تتعلق بالمواد الكيميائية والنفايات الخطرة، والتشجيع على جمع بيانات علمية إضافية واستعمالها؛

As the environmentally sound management of chemicals and wastes is one of the priorities of Swiss foreign environment policy, Switzerland will maintain its support for technical assistance and capacity building projects especially in developing countries and countries with economies in transition in the years ahead in accordance with the priorities set by the Conference of the Parties for the Stockholm Convention.
وحيث أن الإدارة السليمة بيئيا للمواد الكيميائية والنفايات تشكل إحدى الأولويات لسياسات سويسرا البيئية الأجنبية، فإن سويسرا سوف تواصل دعمها مشاريع المساعدة التقنية وبناء القدرات وخاصة في البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقال في السنوات المقبلة وفقا للأولويات التي حددها مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم.
