" Noting with satisfaction the support given to the implementation of the Global Strategy by donor Governments, international bodies and intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations,

6. Further requests the Executive Director to submit a report on the implementation of the next phase of the Global Strategy to the Commission at its seventeenth session;
٦ - تطلب كذلك إلى المدير التنفيذي أن يقدم تقريرا بشأن تنفيذ المرحلة القادمة من الإستراتيجية العالمية إلى اللجنة في دورتها السابعة عشرة؛

" (a) Adequate shelter for all, incorporating also the monitoring of the Global Strategy for Shelter to the Year 2000;
" )أ( توفير المأوى الملائم للجميع، متضمنا أيضا رصد الإستراتيجية العالمية للمأوى حتى سنة ٢٠٠٠؛

Activity 2.3: To merge the existing clearing-house mechanism developed by the Global Strategy for follow-up to the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment and to continue to develop it further;
النشاط 2-3: دمج آلية المقاصة القائمة التي وضعتها الإستراتيجية العالمية لمتابعة تقييم الألفية للنظم الإيكولوجية، ومواصلة تطويرها؛

" ١ - تشيد بالحكومات التي تقوم فعلا بتنقيح أو توحيد أو صياغة أو تنفيذ استراتيجياتها الوطنية للمأوى إستنادا إلى المبادئ التمكينية الواردة في الإستراتيجية العالمية للمأوى حتى عام ٢٠٠٠؛ على النحو المفصل في جدول أعمال الموئل؛

5. The consultation towards an international mechanism for scientific expertise on biodiversity and the Global Strategy on Millennium Ecosystem Assessment follow-up both reflect a general agreement on the need for an intergovernmental science-policy platform on biodiversity and ecosystem services.
5- ويتجلى في العملية الاستشارية المفضية إلى إنشاء آلية دولية للخبرات العلمية في مجال التنوع البيولوجي، وفي الإستراتيجية العالمية لمتابعة تقييم الألفية للنظم الإيكولوجية، اتفاق عام على الحاجة إلى منبر حكومي دولي للعلوم والسياسات في مجال التنوع البيولوجي وخدمات النظم الإيكولوجية.

Recalling General Assembly resolutions 50/99 of 20 December 1995 on the work of the Commission on Human Settlements and on the Global Strategy for Shelter to the Year 2000, and 51/177 of 16 December 1996 on the implementation of the outcome of the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat II),Report of the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat II), Istanbul, 3-14 June 1996 (A/CONF.165/14).
إذ تشير إلى قراري الجمعية العامة ٥٠/٩٩، المؤرخ ٢٠ كانون الأول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٥ بشأن عمل لجنة المستوطنات البشرية وبشأن الإستراتيجية العالمية للمأوى حتى عام ٢٠٠٠، و ٥١/١٧٧، المؤرخ ١٦ كانون الأول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٦ بشأن تنفيذ نتائج مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للمستوطنات البشرية )الموئل الثاني(،)١(

Recognizing that the operational focus of the Global Strategy is on action to be taken at the local and national levels with the participation of all partners in civil society and that regular monitoring of the impact of the national shelter strategy on the shelter situation in Member States is a crucial aspect of the implementation of the Strategy,
وإذ تدرك أن التركيز المتعلق بتنفيذ الإستراتيجية العالمية ينصب على الإجراءات المتخذة على الصعيدين المحلي والوطني إلى جانب مشاركة جميع الشركاء في المجتمع المدني، وأن الرصد المنتظم لأثر إستراتيجيات المأوى الوطنية على أوضاع المأوى في الدول الأعضاء، يمثل جانبا حاسما من الجوانب المتعلقة بتنفيذ الإستراتيجية،

The Action Plan for Africa of the Global Strategy was designed in 2010 by AfDB, ECA, AUC and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO).
فقد قام بتصميم خطة العمل الأفريقية لتنفيذ الإستراتيجية العالمية في عام 2010 مصرف التنمية الأفريقي، واللجنة الاقتصادية لأفريقيا ومفوضية الاتحاد الأفريقي ومنظمة الأغذية والزراعة التابعة للأمم المتحدة (الفاو).
