To approve the Article 4 generic electronic Template, as contained in the Annex;
' 1 ' أن يحسن النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي المتعلق بالمادة 4، على النحو الوارد في المرفق؛

The United Nations Secretariat is requested to develop such a generic electronic template for consideration and approval by the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V at the First Conference.
ومطلوب من أمانة الأمم المتحدة أن تطور هذا النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي لكي تنظر فيه وتعتمده الأطراف السامية المتعاقدة في البروتوكول الخامس في المؤتمر الأول.

(iv) Diversity of national practice: Part A of the generic electronic Template takes into account that different national militaries adopt a variety of practices with regard to recording and storing of information pertaining to Article 4.
`4` تنوع الممارسات الوطنية: يراعي الجزء ألف من النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي التباين في الممارسات المختلفة التي تتبعها السلطات العسكرية الوطنية فيما يتعلق بتسجيل وتخزين المعلومات المتصلة بالمادة 4.

5. The revised Article 4 generic electronic Template has now reached an advanced stage of consideration.

I. Organization and work of the 2010 Meeting of Experts on the issue of article 4 generic electronic template
أولاً - تنظيم اجتماع الخبراء لعام 2010 وأعماله بشأن مسألة النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي المتعلق بالمادة 4

He proposed simplifying paragraph 33 by amending the first sentence to read " The Conference also decided to adopt on a trial basis the generic electronic template " and by deleting the last sentence.
واقترح تبسيط الفقرة 33 بتعديل الجملة الأولى لتنص على ما يلي: " وقرر المؤتمر كذلك أن يعتمد، على سبيل التجربة، النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي " ، وبحذف الجملة الأخيرة.

2. The Final Document of the First Conference had adopted on a trial basis the Article 4 generic electronic Template but requested that the informal Meeting of Experts evaluate the Template and make recommendations if necessary for consideration by the Second Conference.
2- اعتمد المؤتمر الأول في وثيقته الختامية النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي المتعلق بالمادة 4 على أساس تجريبي، إلا أنه طلب إلى اجتماع الخبراء غير الرسمي أن يُقّيم النموذج وأن يقدم توصيات، عند الاقتضاء، كي ينظر فيها المؤتمر الثاني.

On the basis of discussions during the Meeting of Experts and subsequent inputs received, a revised Article 4 generic electronic Template dated 1 October 2008 has been prepared.
وعلى أساس المناقشات التي جرت أثناء اجتماع الخبراء وما تلاها من المساهمات التي وردت، أعدت نسخة منقحة من النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي المتعلق بالمادة 4 في 1 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2008.

In the context of the Meetings of Experts and the Conferences of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V, to keep under review the adequacy and the usefulness of the Article 4 generic electronic Template as a tool for effective recording and retaining of information pertinent to the implementation of Article 4.
' 2 ' أن يبقي قيد الاستعراض، في سياق اجتماع الخبراء ومؤتمرات الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في البروتوكول الخامس، مدى دقة وفائدة النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي المتعلق بالمادة 4 بوصفه أداة فعالة للتسجيل والحفظ الفعالين للمعلومات ذات الصلة بتنفيذ المادة 4.

4. State whether the relevant authorities and military commanders and soldiers in the field have been duly informed about the national database or the Article 4 generic electronic template, as appropriate.
4- بيّن ما إذا قد تم إعلام السلطات المختصة والقادة والجنود والعسكريين في الميدان على النحو الواجب بقاعدة البيانات الوطنية أو بالنموذج الإلكتروني النوعي المتعلق بالمادة 4، حسب الاقتضاء.

6. It is further recommended to keep under review the adequacy and the usefulness of the Article 4 generic electronic template as a tool for effective recording and retaining of information pertinent to the implementation of Article 4 of the Protocol.
6- ويوصى كذلك بأن تُستبقى قيد الاستعراض مسألة مدى كفاية وفائدة النموذج الإلكتروني النوعي المتعلق بالمادة 4 كأداة للتسجيل والحفظ الفعّالين للمعلومات المتصلة بتنفيذ المادة 4 من البروتوكول.

42. The Conference took note of the Report by the Coordinator on the Article 4 generic electronic Template, as contained in CCW/P.V/CONF/2009/5, dated 24 September 2009.
42- أحاط المؤتمر علماً بتقرير المنسق المعني بالنموذج الإلكتروني النوعي المتعلق بالمادة 4، كما ورد في الوثيقة CCW/P.V/CONF/2009/5، المؤرخة 24 أيلول/سبتمبر 2009.

44. The Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Protocol V decided to keep under review the adequacy and the usefulness of the Article 4 generic electronic Template as a tool for effective recording and retaining of information pertinent to the implementation of Article 4 of the Protocol.
