369. The Committee is concerned that there is insufficient information available in relation to adolescent health and inadequate access by adolescents to reproductive and mental health counselling services.
369- تشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء عدم كفاية المعلومات المتاحة فيما يتعلق بصحة المراهقين وعدم كفاية إمكانية حصولهم على الخدمات الاستشارية في مجالي الصحة الإنجابية والعقلية.

The Committee is alarmed that the health needs of internally displaced women, including reproductive and mental health needs, are not being met due to the low availability and accessibility of health-care services.

787. While taking note of the efforts made by the State party, including the establishment of the National Programme to Prevent and Combat AIDS, the Committee is concerned at the lack of statistical data and the inadequate access by adolescents to reproductive and mental healthcare facilities.
787- في حين تحيط اللجنة علماً بجهود الدولة الطرف في هذا المجال، بما في ذلك إنشاء البرنامج الوطني لمنع ومكافحة فيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز، فإن القلق يساورها لنقص البيانات الإحصائية وعدم كفاية السبل المتاحة للمراهقين للوصول إلى مرافق الرعاية الصحية الإنجابية والعقلية.

788. The Committee recommends that the State party continue to strengthen its efforts to address adolescent health issues and develop a comprehensive policy to ensure reproductive and mental health counselling and services for all adolescents.
788- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة تعزيز جهودها المبذولة لمعالجة القضايا المتعلقة بصحة المراهقين وبوضع سياسة شاملة لتوفير المشورة والخدمات في مجال الصحة الإنجابية والعقلية لجميع المراهقين.

It regrets that lack of information among many women, and accountability of the members of the medical service, as well as insufficient implementation of government policies constitute major obstacles for the establishment of health policies that address the specific health needs of women, including those of reproductive and mental health.
وتُعرب اللجنة عن أسفها لأن نقص المعلومات في أوساط العديد من النساء، وعدم مساءلة أفراد الخدمات الطبية، والتنفيذ غير الكافي لسياسات الحكومة، تشكِّل عقبات رئيسية في سبيل وضع سياسات صحية تتصدى للحاجات الصحية المحدَّدة للمرأة، بما في ذلك تلك المتعلقة بالصحة الإنجابية والعقلية.

154. In the light of general comment No. 4 on adolescent health and development in the context of the Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC/GC/2003/4), the Committee recommends that the State party establish adequate health care services for adolescents, focusing on reproductive and mental health programmes.
154- وفي ضوء التعليق العام رقم 4 حول صحة المراهقين ونموّهم في سيـاق اتفاقيـة حقوق الطفل (CRC/GC/2003/4)، توصي اللجنة بأن توفر الدولة الطرف خدمات رعاية صحيّة ملائمة للمراهقين مع التركيز على برامج الصحّة الإنجابية والعقلية.
