٢٨- وتنظم اللوائح أوجه الرعاية الاجتماعية وشروط استحقاقها، كما تنظم دور الرعاية الخدمات التي تقدمها على أن يراعى بهذا الشأن أن تتولى دور الرعاية اﻹيوائية الرعاية الاجتماعية والصحية والتدريب والتأهيل على نحو متكامل.

60.
