3. As a State party to the following seven core international human rights instruments, including most of their optional protocols, the Government of the Republic of Korea strives to implement the provisions of the relevant conventions:

31. With a view to strengthening the legislative framework for the realization of human rights, Qatar has acceded to and ratified numerous international and regional human rights treaties and conventions, as follows:
31- وفي إطار تعزيز وتقوية البنية التشريعية لحقوق الإنسان، صادقت دولة قطر وانضمت إلى العديد من الاتفاقيات المعنية بحقوق الإنسان على المستوى الدولي والإقليمي وذلك على النحو التالي:

The Parties shall encourage the conduct of joint programmes, particularly in the fields of research, training, systematic observation and information collection and exchange, to the extent that such activities may contribute to achieving the objectives of the agreements concerned.
وتشجع اﻷطراف تنفيذ البرامج المشتركة، ولا سيما في ميادين البحث والتدريب والمراقبة المنهجية وجمع المعلومات وتبادلها بقدر ما يمكن أن تسهم هذه اﻷنشطة في تحقيق أهداف الاتفاقيات المعنية.

They have been challenged to draw upon the work of the wider scientific community, including other intergovernmental forums, and to have their expertise so integrated as to guide the policy of their respective convention bodies.
