The Committee welcomed the presentation by the Government of Armenia and commended it on its ratification of the Convention without reservations so soon after independence in 1991 and on the timely submission of the initial report, which contained detailed information about the implementation of the Convention in accordance with the Committee's guidelines.
٥٤ - رحبت اللجنة بالبيان الذي قدمته حكومة أرمينيا وأثنت عليها لتصديقها على الاتفاقية دون تحفظات عقب استقلالها مباشرة في عام ١٩٩١، وعلى تقديمها في حينه التقرير اﻷولي الذي تضمن معلومات وافية عن تنفيذ الاتفاقية وفقا لتوجيهات اللجنة.

Ms. KHAN expressed appreciation at the Peruvian Government's ratification of the Convention without reservations and its adoption of the Convention into its own national legislation, although she perceived a lack of coordination in the activities undertaken by the Government to implement the Convention.
٢٤ - السيدة خان: أعربت عن تقديرها لحكومة بيرو لتصديقها على الاتفاقية دون تحفظات وﻷخذها بالاتفاقية في قانونها الوطني، وذلك بالرغم من أنها لاحظت أن هناك عدم تنسيق في اﻷنشطة التي تضطلع بها الحكومة لتنفيذ الاتفاقية.

94. In its general comments, the Committee expressed its appreciation of the fact that Kenya had ratified the Convention without reservations, and for its frank and comprehensive report giving a clear picture of the real situation of women in Kenya, as well as the obstacles encountered.
٤٩ - أعربت اللجنة في تعليقاتها العامة عن تقديرها لكون كينيا قد صدقت على الاتفاقية دون تحفظات ولتقديمها تقريرا صريحا وشاملا يعطي صورة واضحة عن الوضع الحقيقي للمرأة في كينيا، كما يبين الصعوبات المصادفة.
