The Czech Republic assumed the obligations arising from it, and under article 44 of the Convention presented an initial report on implementation of the Convention for the period 1993 to 1994 to the Committee for the Rights of the Child in 1996.

An executive summary containing a full assessment of the funding necessary and available for the implementation of the Convention for the period 2015 - 2019, including financial estimates, observations and recommendations, is contained in the annex to the present note.
12 - ويرد في مرفق هذه المذكرة موجز تنفيذي يتضمن تقييماً كاملاً للتمويل اللازم والمتاح لتنفيذ الاتفاقية في الفترة 2015 - 2019، بما في ذلك التقديرات المالية والملاحظات والتوصيات.

Pursuant to paragraph 1of Article 11 of the Convention on Cluster Munitions, the relevant decision of the States Parties to the Convention and General Assembly resolution 64/36, the First Meeting of States Parties to the Convention will take place from 9 to 12 November 2010 in Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic.
1- عملاً بالفقرة 1 من المادة 11 من اتفاقية الذخائر العنقودية، وبالقرارات ذات الصلة للدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية، وقرار الجمعية العامة 64/36، سيُعقد الاجتماع الأول للدول الأطراف في الاتفاقية في الفترة من 9 إلى 12 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2010 في فينتيان بجمهورية لاو الديمقراطية الشعبية.

The report provides information on the status of implementation of the Convention between 1 May 2006 and 30 April 2008, based on the requirements set out in the Convention.
ويقدّم التقرير معلومات عن حالة تنفيذ الاتفاقية في الفترة من 1 أيار/مايو 2006 إلى 30 نيسان/أبريل 2008 وذلك استناداً إلى المقتضيات التي تنصّ عليها الاتفاقية.
