165. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to disseminate in a systematic and permanent manner the Convention throughout the country and to raise public awareness, in particular among children themselves and parents, about its principles and provisions.
165- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تعزز الدولة الطرف جهودها من أجل نشر الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد على نحو منهجي ودائم وإذكاء الوعي بمبادئها وأحكامها، لا سيما في صفوف الأطفال أنفسهم والوالدين.

611. The Committee recommends that the State party continue to strengthen its efforts to disseminate the Convention throughout the country and to raise public awareness, in particular among children themselves and parents, about its principles and provisions.
611- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تواصل الدولة الطرف تعزيز جهودها من أجل نشر الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد وإذكاء الوعي بشأن مبادئها وأحكامها، لا سيما في صفوف الأطفال أنفسهم والوالدين.

320. The Committee is concerned that the different levels of authority and competencies in the State party create difficulties in respect of the implementation of the Convention throughout the country.
320 - وينتاب اللجنة القلق من أن مختلف مستويات السلطة وجهات الاختصاص في الدولة الطرف تخلق صعوبات تحول دون تنفيذ الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

70. It is deplored that since 1974 the State party, due to the lengthy occupation of part of Cyprus by Turkish forces and the continued division of the country, is not in a position to exercise control over the whole of its territory and in consequence cannot ensure the implementation of the provisions of the Convention throughout the country.
٧٠ - مما يؤسف له أن الدولة الطرف غير قادرة منذ عام ١٩٧٤، بسبب طول مدة احتلال القوات التركية لجزء من قبرص ولاستمرار تقسيم البلد، على أن تباشر سيطرتها على كامل أراضيها، وعليه فهي عاجزة عن كفالة تنفيذ أحكام الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

The Committee notes that the report prepared by the State party offered a comprehensive explanation of the legislative framework for the implementation of the Convention on the Rights of the Child; however, it did not contain sufficient information on the actual implementation of the principles and provisions of the Convention throughout the country.
٧١٥- تلاحظ اللجنة أن التقرير الذي أعدته الدولة الطرف قدﱠم تفسيراَ وافياً لﻹطار التشريعي المتعلق بتنفيذ اتفاقية حقوق الطفل. إلا أنه لم يتضمن معلومات كافية عن التنفيذ الفعلي لمبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

80. The Committee notes that the report prepared by the State party offered a comprehensive explanation of the legislative framework for the implementation of the Convention; however, it did not contain sufficient information on the actual implementation of the principles and provisions of the Convention throughout the country.
٠٨- تلاحظ اللجنة أن التقرير الذي أعدته الدولة الطرف قدﱠم تفسيراَ وافياً لﻹطار التشريعي المتعلق بتنفيذ الاتفاقية. إلا أنه لم يتضمن معلومات كافية عن التنفيذ الفعلي لمبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

146. The Committee notes that although the report prepared by the State party was comprehensive in offering information on the legislative framework for the implementation of the Convention, it did not contain sufficient information on the actual implementation of the provisions of the Convention throughout the country.
٦٤١- تلاحظ اللجنة أن التقرير الذي أعدته الدولة الطرف كان وافياً في تقديم معلومات عن اﻹطار التشريعي لتنفيذ الاتفاقية، ولكنه لم يتضمن معلومات كافية عن التنفيذ الفعلي لمبادئ وأحكام الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.

247. The Committee recommends that the State party strengthen its efforts to disseminate the Convention throughout the country and to raise public awareness about its principles and provisions, in particular among children themselves, parents, teachers and local authorities, as well as among indigenous groups and in rural areas.
247- توصي اللجنة بأن تعزز الدولة الطرف جهودها لنشر الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد وإذكاء الوعي العام بمبادئها وأحكامها، وبصفة خاصة فيما بين الأطفال أنفسهم والآباء والمدرسين والسلطات المحلية، وكذلك فيما بين جماعات السكان الأصليين وفي المناطق الريفية.

The Committee reiterates its recommendation (CRC/C/VEN/CO/2, para. 23) that the State party step up its efforts to disseminate the Convention throughout the country and to raise public awareness, in particular among children themselves, parents, teachers and authorities about its principles and provisions.
22- تكرر اللجنة توصيتها (CRC/C/VEN/CO/2، الفقرة 23) الداعية إلى أن تعزز الدولة الطرف جهودها من أجل نشر الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد وأن تذكي وعي الجمهور، ولا سيما الأطفال أنفسهم والوالدين والمدرسين والسلطات، بمبادئ الاتفاقية وأحكامها.

19. In view of article 4 of the Convention, the Committee recommends that the State party effectively increase budgetary allocations for children, particularly for groups of children who require social affirmative actions, inter alia, refugee and internally displaced children, and children with disabilities, in order to alleviate disparities and ensure equal enjoyment of all rights enshrined in the Convention throughout the country.
19- بالنظر إلى المادة 4 من الاتفاقية، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تزيد اعتمادات الميزانية المخصصة للأطفال زيادة فعلية، ولا سيما فيما يخص جملة فئات، منها فئات الأطفال الذين يحتاجون إلى إجراءات إيجابية اجتماعية، والأطفال اللاجئون، والأطفال المشردون داخلياً، والأطفال ذوو الإعاقة، وذلك للحد من التفاوتات وضمان المساواة في التمتع بجميع الحقوق المكرسة في الاتفاقية في جميع أنحاء البلد.
