The Committee appeals to all the High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention to fulfil their obligations in accordance with common Article 1, which obligates them to respect and to ensure respect for the Convention in all circumstances.
وتناشد اللجنة جميع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة الوفاء بالتزاماتها وفقا للمادة 1 المشتركة، التي تفرض عليها احترام وكفالة احترام الاتفاقية في جميع الظروف.

We also recall once again that the high contracting parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention must meet their obligations in accordance with common article 1 of the 1949 Convention, which requires them to respect the Convention in all circumstances.
كذلك نذكّر مرة أخرى بأن على الأطراف السامية المتعاقدة في اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة أن تفي بالتزاماتها بموجب المادة 1 المشتركة من اتفاقية عام 1949 التي تتطلب منها احترام هذه الاتفاقية في جميع الظروف.

It also appeals to all the high contracting parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention to fulfil their obligations in accordance with common article 1, which requires the high contracting parties to respect, and to ensure respect for, the Convention in all circumstances.
وتلتمس اللجنة أيضا من جميع الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة أن تفي بواجباتها وفقا للمادة المشتركة الأولى، التي تقضي بأن الأطراف المتعاقدة السامية تحترم وتكفل احترام الاتفاقية في جميع الظروف.

CAT recommended Denmark to ensure that it complies fully with the Convention in all circumstances.
وأوصت اللجنة بأن تكفل الدانمرك امتثالها التام لأحكام الاتفاقية في جميع الظروف(48).

10. Invites the depositary of the Fourth Geneva Convention to consult on the development of the humanitarian situation in the field, in accordance with the statement adopted on 15 July 1999 by the above-mentioned Conference of High Contracting Parties to the Convention, with the aim of ensuring respect for the Convention in all circumstances in accordance with common article 1 of the four Conventions;
10 - تدعو وديع اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة إلى إجراء مشاورات بشأن تطور الحالة الإنسانية في الميدان وفقا للبيان الذي اعتمده، في 15 تموز/يوليه 1999، المؤتمر السالف الذكر للأطراف المتعاقدة السامية في الاتفاقية، وذلك بغية ضمان احترام الاتفاقية في جميع الظروف وفقا لأحكام المادة 1 المشتركة في الاتفاقيات الأربع؛

The Heads of State or Government recalled in this regard the historic role and obligations of the international community, in particular the UN Security Council and General Assembly, as well as the High Contracting Parties to the Fourth Geneva Convention to uphold their obligations and ensure respect of the Convention in all circumstances.
11 - أعاد رؤساء الدول والحكومات إلى الأذهان الدور التاريخي للمجتمع الدولي والتـزاماته، ولا سيما في هذا الصدد، مجلس الأمن والجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة والأطراف المتعاقدة رفيعة المستوى في اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لكي تفي بالتـزاماتها بشأن ضمان احترام الاتفاقية في جميع الظروف والأحوال.
