The Committee recommends that the State party adopt legislation, in the light of its general recommendation No. 15 (1993) on organized violence based on ethnic origin, to ensure the full and adequate implementation of article 4 of the Convention in its domestic legal system and provide, in its periodic report, any relevant information on other measures giving effect to this article.
توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تعتمد قوانين، في ضوء توصيتها العامة رقم 15(1993) بشأن العنف المنظم القائم على الأصل الإثني، من أجل ضمان التنفيذ الكامل والملائم لأحكام المادة 4 من الاتفاقية في نظامها القانوني الداخلي وأن تقدم، في تقريرها الدوري المقبل، أي معلومات ذات صلة بشأن تدابير أخرى تُنفذ هذه المادة.

The State party should incorporate the obligations prescribed by the Convention into its national legislation.
ينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تدرج الأحكام التي تنُص عليها الاتفاقية في نظامها القانوني الداخلي.

12. The Committee recommends that the State party accelerate the integration process of the rights and principles and provisions of the Convention into its domestic legal system to ensure the justiciability of all children's rights.
12- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتسريع عملية إدماج الحقوق والمبادئ والأحكام التي تنطوي عليها الاتفاقية في نظامها القانوني الداخلي لضمان إمكانية الاحتجاج بجميع حقوق الطفل أمام المحاكم.

The Committee recommends that the State party take into account the relevant parts of the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action, adopted in September 2001 by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance (A/CONF.189/12, chap. I), when implementing the Convention in its domestic legal order, particularly as regards articles 2 to 7 of the Convention.
411- وتوصي اللجنة بأن تضع الدولة الطرف في اعتبارها الأجزاء ذات الصلة من إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان، اللذين اعتمدهما في أيلول/سبتمبر 2001 المؤتمر العالمي لمناهضة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكره الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب (A/CONF.189/12، الفصل الأول)، عند إدراج أحكام الاتفاقية في نظامها القانوني الداخلي ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بالمواد من 2 إلى 7 من الاتفاقية.

Please provide information as to whether the Government of Singapore intends to incorporate the Convention into its domestic legal system and/or include a definition of discrimination against women in relevant legislation and, if so, what steps has it taken in this regard.
