209. The Committee recommends that the system of administration of juvenile justice be reviewed in order to ensure its compatibility with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention and other relevant United Nations standards.
٩٠٢ - وتوصي اللجنة بإعادة النظر فــي نظام إدارة قضاء اﻷحداث لضمان اتساقه مــع المواد ٣٧ و ٣٩ و ٤٠ من الاتفاقية وغير ذلك من معايير اﻷمم المتحدة ذات الصلة.

54. Mr. Saidov (Uzbekistan) said that his Government had ratified the Convention and other international instruments concerning women without reservations and was committed to implementing them.

40 - تؤكد من جديد قرارها المتعلق بإجراء استعراض وتقييم سنويين لتنفيذ الاتفاقية وغير ذلك من التطورات المتصلة بشؤون المحيطات وقانون البحار، مع مراعاة القرار 54/33 الذي أنشئت بموجبه العملية التشاورية الرامية إلى تسهيل استعراض التطورات الحاصلة في شؤون المحيطات، وتطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يدعو إلى عقد الاجتماع الثاني للعملية التشاورية المقرر انعقاده في نيويورك في الفترة من 7 إلى 11 أيار/مايو 2001؛
