What concrete temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and general recommendation No. 25, does the State party intend to take to achieve equality of women with men, in particular in the above-mentioned areas?

24. The Committee urges the State party to ensure equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market, including through the use of temporary special measures, with time-bound targets, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation No. 25.
24 - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على ضمان تكافؤ الفرص بين المرأة والرجل في سوق العمل، بما في ذلك من خلال استخدام تدابير خاصة مؤقتة، وذات أهداف محددة زمنيا، وفقا للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة رقم 25 للجنة.

10. Please explain whether any temporary special measures, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1 of the Convention and general recommendation No. 25, either in the form of affirmative action, or otherwise, have been adopted to accelerate the achievement of equality of women with men.

110. The Committee recommends that the State party implement targeted policies and programmes, including temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and general recommendation 25, in order to increase the number of women in the formal work force.
110 - وتوصي اللجنة بأن تنفذ الدولة الطرف سياسات وبرامج هادفة تشمل تدابير خاصة مؤقتة وفقا للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة 25، وذلك لزيادة عدد النساء في القوة العاملة النظامية.

Furthermore, the lack of administrative and judicial mechanisms protecting women from discrimination in providing legal termination of pregnancy violates articles 2 (c), 5 and 12 of the Convention and general recommendation No. 24.

248. The Committee urges the State party to adopt without delay a uniform Family Code that fully complies with the provisions of the Convention and general recommendation 21 on equality in marriage and family relations, as a way to protect the rights of all Bangladeshi women in matters related to marriage, divorce, custody, alimony and property inheritance.
248- وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على أن تقوم دون تأخير باعتماد قانون موحد للأسرة، يمتثل بشكل تام لأحكام الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة رقم 21 بشأن المساواة في الزواج والعلاقات الأسرية، كسبيل لحماية حقوق البنغلاديشيات كافة في المسائل المتعلقة بالزواج والطلاق والحضانة والنفقة والميراث.

10. Kindly explain whether any temporary special measures, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1 of the Convention and general recommendation No. 25, either in the form of affirmative action, or otherwise, have been adopted to accelerate the achievement of equality of women with men.

17. The Committee recommends that the State party take concrete measures, including temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and general recommendation 25, in all areas to accelerate the practical realization of women's de facto equality with men.
17 - وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ تدابير ملموسة، تشمل اتخاذ تدابير خاصة مؤقتة وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة 25، في جميع المجالات لتعجيل التحقيق العملي للمساواة الفعلية مع الرجل.

609. The Committee recommends that the State party take concrete measures, including temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and general recommendation 25, in all areas to accelerate the practical realization of women's de facto equality with men.

10. Please indicate whether the State party has adopted temporary special measures, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1 of the Convention and general recommendation No. 25 of the Committee, to achieve equality between women and men at all levels and in all public institutions, as well as in political life.

21. The Committee recommends that the State party, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, take concrete measures, including temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and general recommendation No. 25 to accelerate the practical realization of women's de facto equality with men.

27. The Committee recommends that the State Party implement targeted policies and programmes, including temporary special measures in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and general recommendation 25, in order to increase the number of women in the formal work force, especially in the public sector.

It recommends that the State party continue taking positive measures to improve the living conditions of Roma in respect of access to work, health care, housing and education within the framework of the Plan of Action for Roma Inclusion and the Decade for Roma Inclusion, in accordance with article 5 of the Convention and general recommendation XXVII (2000) on discrimination against Roma (art. 5).
وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة اتخاذ تدابير خاصة لتحسين الأوضاع المعيشية للغجر على صعيد الوصول إلى فرص العمل والسكن والرعاية الصحية والتعليم، وذلك في إطار خطة العمل الوطنية المتعلقة بعقد إدماج الغجر، وفقاً للمادة 5 من الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة رقم 27(2000) بشأن التمييز ضد الغجر (المادة 5).

296. The Committee urges the State party to take proactive and innovative measures, including full domestication of the Convention, to remove contradictions among the three legal systems and to ensure that any conflict of law with regard to women's rights to equality and non-discrimination are resolved in full compliance with the provisions of the Convention and general recommendation 21 on equality in marriage and family relations.
296 - وتحث اللجنة الدولة الطرف على اتخاذ تدابير استباقية ومبتكرة، منها إدماج الاتفاقية محليا بشكل كامل وإزالة التناقضات بين النظم القانونية الثلاثة وضمان تسوية أي تنازع للقوانين بشأن حق المرأة في المساواة وعدم التمييز بطريقة تمتثل امتثالا كاملا لأحكام الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة 21 للجنة المتعلقة بالمساواة في الزواج والعلاقات الأسرية.

She refers to the Committee's concluding observations of 22 July 2009, in which it urged the State party " to ensure equal opportunities for women and men in the labour market, including through the use of temporary special measures, with time-bound targets, in accordance with article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention and its general recommendation 25 " .
وتشير في هذا الصدد إلى الملاحظات الختامية المؤرخة 22 تموز/يوليه 2009 التي حثت فيها اللجنة الدولة الطرف " على ضمان تكافؤ الفرص بين المرأة والرجل في سوق العمل، بوسائل منها استخدام تدابير خاصة مؤقتة وذات أهداف محددة زمنياً، وفقاً للفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية وللتوصية العامة رقم 25 " ().
