٢٥ - إذا نشأت منازعة بخصوص تدبير تجاري بين بلدين طرفين في الاتفاق البيئي المتعدد اﻷطراف وعضوين في منظمة التجارة العالمية، فقد يتعين إذن تحديد أي المنبرين ينبغي أن يعالِج المشكلة.

According to many observers, efforts should first be made to resolve the case in the context of the MEA, which is more specific.
ووفقا للعديد من المراقبين، ينبغي أولا بذل الجهود لتسوية القضية في سياق الاتفاق البيئي المتعدد اﻷطراف إذ أنه أكثر تحديدا.
