(a) The Organizational Committee shall meet, as required, on invitation of the Chair acting in consultation with the members of the Organizational Committee, to fulfil the responsibilities, in accordance with General Assembly resolution 60/180 and Security Council resolution 1645 (2005), including, inter alia, the setting of the agenda, issuing of invitations for country-specific meetings and review of the annual report.
