The comments of the members of the Committee at the thirty-sixth meeting can be summarized as follows.

To invite Kazakhstan, if necessary, to send a representative to the thirtysixth meeting of the Committee to discuss the matter.
(ﻫ) أن تطلب إلى كازاخستان، حسب الاقتضاء، أن ترسل ممثلاً عنها إلى الاجتماع السادس والثلاثين للجنة لمناقشة هذه المسألة.

The recommendation provides, among other things, that a document like the document prepared by the Secretariat for the thirtysixth meeting of the Committee, which contained a list of compliance issues to be considered by the Committee at that meeting, should be made a regular meeting document.

III. ADOPTION OF THE DRAFT REPORT OF THE thirty-sixth meeting

Among the issues considered at the thirty-sixth meeting of the Implementation Committee were the Article 7 data submissions for 2005, a draft primer on the Implementation Committee, a paper on standardizing the text of recommendations relating to commonly occurring compliance issues, and an analysis of stockpiling relative to the compliance of developing countries.
